Abstract:
: Sve vrste kritičnih mehaničkih dijelova u industriji čelika osjetljive su na onečišćenja vodom, posebno ležajevi valjaoničkih stanova. Voda kao onečišćivač je najrazornija komponenta kod degradacije cirkulacionog ulja koje se koristi u sistemu podmazivanja i ona može degradirati ulje na različite načine. U radu je testirano nekoliko različitih gradacija cirkulacionih ulja, koja su razvijana u skladu sa zahtjevima novih specifikacija „Morgan No-Twist Mill“. Ove specifikacije donose kompanije koje proizvode opremu za valjaonice. Pred proizvođače maziva postavljaju strožije zahtjeve za podmazivanje posebne vrste „Morgoil ležajeva“, pogotovo kod karakteristika deemulgivnosti (osobine odvajanja vode od ulja), triboloških karakteristika i oksidacione stabilknosti. U radu su prikazane vrijednosti karakteristika posljednje generacije cirkulacionih ulja za podmazivanje „Morgoil ležajeva“, koja se mogu oduprijeti brzoj degradaciji, imaju sposobnost brzog odvajanja vode i vrše ulogu podmazivanja. All types of critical mechanical parts in the steel industry are sensitive to water pollution, especially rolling mills bearings. Water as a pollutant is the most destructive component in the degradation of the circulating oil used in the lubrication system and it can degrade oil in different ways. Several different grades of circulating oil have been tested in this paper, that have been developed in accordance to the requirements of the new “Morgan No-Twist Mill specification”. These specifications are brought by companies that manufacture rolling stock equipment. Lubricant manufacturers are facing stricter demands for lubrication of a special type of "Morgoil bearings", especially with demulsivity characteristics (oil separation characteristics), tribological characteristics and oxidative stability. This paper presents the characteristics of the last generation of circulating oils for lubrication of "Morgoil bearings", that can withstand rapid degradation, have the ability to quickly separate water and perform lubrication role.
