Abstract:
ABSTRACT In this paper is presented link between I and II Law of Thermodynamics, for the process which in reversible way get into balance with environment, general equation is derived for maximal volume – pressure work for closed thermodynamics systems. That equation is checked using graphic method in p-v diagram. Also by using graphic method for open thermodynamics systems, general equation is derived for maximal available work or exergy. On basis of this equations, by using certain thermodynamics transformation, new correlation between exergy and maximal volume – pressure work is derived, which was the goal. It is shown that difference between this variables is equal to characteristic value of technical (available) work. Graphic interpretation of derived relation is shown in p-v coordinate system over appropriate equivalent areas, for four characteristic cases. For all cases, which on some way are presenting models for practical use, applied thermodynamics analysis is done.
